• Provide expert support in the deployment of the Compliance System at Blue Star & group companies.
• Actively promote awareness of the Compliance & all other related Policies applicable to Blue Star & group companies.
• Develop, distribute and/or deliver effective training and communications in support of the Compliance System.
• Responsible for maintaining all key compliance databases, reports, SOPs and records updated.
• Responsible for implementing all compliance related SOP’s.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders on Compliance / Legal issues—e.g., HR, Legal, Internal Audit, Finance, Plant teams and other business functions.
• Conduct Due Diligence of the Vendors / Service Providers and provide complete analysis, insights and inferences out of the analysis.
• Periodic Audit of Compliance system and implement the corrective measures.
• Manage day-to-day operation of the Company’s compliance & notice management portal.
• Support on any other Compliance projects or initiatives.
• Responsible for the domestic and international trademark portfolio of the Blue Star which includes new registrations, renewals, oppositions, trademarks dashboard, coordinating with stakeholders, advise on infringement/passing off etc.
• Assist in driving the Contract Management framework of the company and implement the same along with the clause library & contract standardization.
• Drafting and negotiating agreements, terms & conditions, PO’s, NDA’s.
