Job description:

The Business Relationship Manager will be responsible for assisting the sector teams in their marketing outreach & eminence building activities. He/ she shall work alongside the centralised international business development team in developing & maintaining strong relationships with the donor clients & government agencies for business growth.

The candidate should have educational qualification in Sales/ Marketing preferably Post Graduate or any other degree in relevant field.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordination with practice teams for discussing each multilateral programs and consulting opportunities across various identified geographies
  • Proactively engage with the business teams for finalization of proposal / BD pitch – assist in BD presentations, collaterals, writing thought papers and other outreach material
  • Reaching out to associates, business partners, and potential clients
  • Advanced opportunity tracking & creating centralized database for opportunities, project officers, client relationship matrix, expert associate network etc.
  • Assist in carrying out BD mission and fixing meetings with each Clients for practice teams and centralized team in identified countries.
  • Occasionally provide support in proposal development areas, including identification of experts and subcontractors.

 

Technical Skills

  • Prior experience in sales support/ relationship management/ preparation of collaterals/ BD pitch documents/ back-office support for sales & marketing etc.
  • Preferably has prior experience of working for infrastructure consulting / contractor companies in the similar profile of BD/ Sales/ relationship building.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and ability to interact with team members working in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English and proficiency in office tools (Word, Power Point, Outlook, PDF etc.)
