Job description:

Role Summary

  • Overall Responsibility
  • Lead the wealth management franchise for the buy side practice across client prospecting, solutioning and engagement management
  • Engagements could be across wealth value chain ranging from client prospecting, client analytics, investment research, portfolio monitoring and reporting.
  • Nature of services could span enterprise data analytics and digitalization, investment research, business and operations support and transformation


  • Functional Responsibilities
  • Able to independently conceptualise and scope projects for wealth management clients.
  • Work with the BD team in developing client proposals, preparing functional and technical responses to RFPs
  • Engage with external partners, where necessary for appropriate client solutioning
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client value proposition is appropriate
  • Manage and lead client presentations / discussions as a domain expert
  • Work with Data analytics /research / technology teams for client POCs and to shape existing solutions to meet client expectations
  • Build requisite teams for effective execution of engagements
  • Direct and manage teams for executing engagements and reviewing the quality of the work undertaken
  • Lead governance of wealth engagements with clients


  • 10+ years
  • Domain expert with extensive understanding of the wealth management and advisory industry – could be with an actual wealth management firm or a service / solution provider to wealth management clients
  • Exposure across different segments of the wealth management industry covering RMs/Advisors, Investment Research and management, portfolio management, client and regulatory reporting
