Job description:

JD: Regional Manager | Key Accounts | Internal grade: 12 A

Role: Act as a strategic representative of CRISIL (non-ratings business) to Banks – NBFCs – Fis and regulators. Engage deep in the clientele ecosystem, establish connects with the functional and business leadership of client institutions and create meaningful opportunities to service the clientele needs on Research, Analytics, advisory through CRISIL’s solutions

The role involves nurturing the existing accounts (mapped portfolio), deepen the engagements and deliver the annual revenue budgets. The incumbent will get inducted in one of the strategic client outreach teams of CRISIL in India and will have access to the resource pool of knowledge, seniors in the system and support from colleagues to get acclimatized into the role

Candidate profile:

  • 6-8 years of post-MBA experience, preferably in lending (pvt sector SME/ mid corporate banking), Wealth management or consultative sales to banks/FIs
  • CAT A/B – B School pedigree, preferably a non- technical background (graduation)
  • Mumbai based/ willing to relocate to Mumbai, candidates
  • Abilities to understand CRISIL’s offerings across research – analytics – advisory and training domains; and suggest solutions to the clientele organization leadership
  • Abilities to work independently with minimal intervention from the reporting manager and support the team in driving the budgeted revenue

Key Deliverables:

  • Grow the mapped portfolio (India’s largest Banks/FIs and NBFCs) through consultative solution- based sales for CRISIL’s Research offerings
  • Collaborate with the domain experts at CRISIL, synthesize client problem statements to CRISIL solutions and Go 2 Market
  • Drive discussions with the senior stakeholders and client decision makers
  • Leverage on CRISIL’s In-house knowledge, domain expertise and CRISIL knowledge ecosystem for effective client engagements
  • Act as FPR for the client user teams to ensure the client organization maximizes the ROI from CRISIL services
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in the market and provide feedbacks to CRISIL leadership for key insights from the market
  • Track any RFP opportunity from the mapped portfolio and prepare the submission documents in collaboration with the functional experts at CRISIL
