ROLE STATEMENT
As a Sales Operations Business Analyst you will have the opportunity to work with various departments to
build KPIs and models to help driving performance and making decisions with in the Industrial Sales Team.
You would also be involved in Sales and Product Management incentive plan reporting and provide reports
that matter for each of our Sales and Product Management employees. From individual Excel based reports
to fully automated. This is the ideal role for somebody who loves working with numbers and data modelling in
a sales driven business environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide reports on customer, sales and product management related data such as revenue, pipeline,
delivery performance.
• Setting up incentive plan assignments and integration of related reports in central incentive plan tool
• Support the effective and efficient governance of self-service BI tools through developing and fostering
standards, processes and visualization / analytics best practices
• Support the modeling and creation of datasets using Python and/or SQL to be then used for self-service
dashboard reports. Have deep knowledge of all the datasets inside the data lake to be able to provide
guidance to other analysts and/or stakeholders
• Utilize tools such as Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, Python and SQL to automate repetitive analytics tasks and
to deliver insights by blending multiple data sources together

• Leverage creative solutions, analytics and visualization/ reporting techniques to enhance knowledge and drive actionable insights that deliver ROI. This could include use of variance analysis, dashboards/ reporting, sales analytics and regression. • Support salesforce.com, including report & dashboard standardization and user acceptance testing (UAT)
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
• Fluent in English
• Minimum Bachelors degree in Economics, Finance or any Quantitative field
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with Tableau, QlikView, PowerBI and other Visualization Tools is required
• A minimum of 3 years of Data Preparation and Manipulation experience (Alteryx or Python or SQL, etc.) is required
• Must demonstrate understanding of how data can be manipulated, analyzed and visualized effectively
• Strong understanding of Excel, including Power Query is a must
• Strong understanding of SQL and/or descriptive statistics is a big plus
• Salesforce.com experience is a plus
