Job description:

Role Summary: This role will be responsible for creating and delivering initiatives designed to build a culture of inclusion and ensure the long-term sustainability of DEI efforts. The successful candidate will be a champion for DEI, successfully build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and design and execute creative ways to develop Titan’s approach to DEI as we continue to scale our efforts.

Desired qualifications, skills and experience
• Post Graduate in HR, Marketing, Communications or Psychology from a reputed institute
• 3 to 6 years of work experience in HR/Marketing/Communications function
• 2-3 years of experience (Included in overall work ex) in DEI profile for a large organization is desirable
• Proven operational / project management experience
• Driven, proactive with the capacity to build rapport with various stakeholders
• High energy levels and willingness to travel
• Ability to think creatively and out of the box.
• Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
