Job description:

Engages with internal and stakeholders to define the key dimensions to enhance customer experience
Collects data on Customer Service and Logistics Operations for the key accounts and define strategy to improve the KPIs
Analyse data to identify areas of  operations to improve efficiency using analytical models
Develop & execute Projects to automate the Order to invoice process
Identify opportunities for new transportation trends on deploying analytics and ways of bringing efficiency in the End to End delivery process.
