About your team

Strategic People Information is  responsible for defining and delivering our people analytics strategy and providing insights into our people data. Our vision is to empower our stakeholders to support the business and drive data led decisions about their people. 

 

About your role
The People Insights Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of people insights projects, from initial discussions and defining requirements through to conclusion and review. They will work effectively with data CoEs and the stakeholders to ensure new projects are aligned to the Strategic People Information vision and the resultant outputs become embedded into our catalogue of products and services.

 

They will also be responsible for shaping the narrative to effectively communicate these changes and how they will impact the end users once delivered.

 

This is a key new client facing role, requiring strategic thinking, excellent stakeholder management skills and attention to detail.

 

About you

 

  • Can demonstrate prior experience of overseeing the delivery of data related projects
  • Experience of working collaboratively with colleagues across regions and functions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills including ability to describe complex data based detail in simple terms
  • Foundational knowledge of data storage, structure and related softwares would be advantageous
  • Significant experience of producing presentations for a broad range of senior stakeholders, ideally within an HR environment
  • Able to adapt to multiple and evolving priorities in a dynamic environment
