TOE SDC is part of the Global Operations Engineering team. The Service Delivery Centre (SDC) contributes to the growth of Vestas Service by directly involving itself with Service Business Units (SBUs) on CIR reviews, VGA (Vestas Global Adviser) updates, and field support. Being a part of a Global function, we aim to be the best and keep improving ourselves to deliver the best. We review CIRs (Blades & General) created by site engineers across the globe on Vestas CIR Portal and third-party drone portals. We maintain the VGA portal up-to-date by creating new troubleshoot guides and upgrading existing guides. VGA is a tool used across Vestas to troubleshoot turbine-related concerns. We are responsible for supporting SBUs to achieve service targets by performing day-to-day technical tasks through a remote working structure.
