Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled lead SAP S/4HANA Planning Consultant with specialized knowledge in integrating OMP software for supply chain planning. The ideal candidate will be demonstrating a deep understanding of supply chain processes and the ability to drive successful integration projects with S/4HANA and OMP. This role requires excellent business analysis, problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with globally distributed cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement integration solutions between SAP S/4HANA and OMP software

Provide expert advice on best practices for SAP S/4HANA planning modules like SAP PP & SAP APO

Play a vital role in ensuring the seamless integration between S/4HANA and OMP

Provide functional expertise and support for SAP S/4HANA planning and OMP integration-related issues

Support on SAP functional testing, SIT and UAT phases till production deployment

Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness using systems integration

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, supply chain, and other business units, to ensure integrated solutions.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation per AZ standards

Mentor and train junior team members on SAP S/4HANA and OMP integration best practices

Identify opportunities for automation and implement innovative solutions to enhance business operations.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and supply chain planning best practices to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

10 to 15 years of experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and management.

Proven experience in integrating SAP systems with OMP software for supply chain planning.

In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong understanding of supply chain planning and optimization

Ability to manage multiple priorities & projects in a fast-paced environment

Desirable:

Lifesciences and Pharma industry experience, especially on the end-to-end supply chain planning process.

SAP Certified in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Manufacturing/relevant modules
