Job Description (Project Delivery Manager) A minimum of 15 + years SAP experience with Focus on Human Capital Management including SuccessFactors Minimum of 3 year’s leading SuccessFactors support and/or implementation teams Has extensive understanding of HR Processes and relative HR Systems Technology and Applications – minimum 5 years’ experience A minimum of 5 + years Lead/PM Role experience with Focus on Managing Team and Customer - expertise leading distributed teams Possess good understanding on all aspects of project execution in full cycle implementation of HCM and SuccessFactors projects, starting from Project preparation, Execution to Go Live and support Demonstrate Leadership Skills # Executive Presence - Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills , Exceptional consultative skills with customers, using best practices and past experience Self - motivated individual who always takes initiative to bring alternate solutions to diverse problems, effective Team player with Good leadership qualities, capable of leading from front Understand Agile Methodologies, frameworks and practices in a service organization A bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Masters preferred) SAP SuccessFactors Certifications in: Employee Central , Recruiting + any other module (preferred) Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors product-suite configuration options, integration points, and best practices Providing support to the integration & interface workstreams to understand business scenarios and required connections between the solution and other 3rd party applications like ADP / Workforce Software Good working experience in Onsite /Offshore Model - Managing the team Involved in Project Planning, Cost & Resource Scheduling, Monitoring Project progress & execution - Manpower planning for the project
