The Mechanical Design Engineer will be a member of Energys CF Product Design Team located in the Bangalore Engineering Design Center. The role will be responsible for Computer Aided design of products and sustaining engineering support for TE Energy products. Designing products for LV, MV & HV applications using metallic and polymeric materials 3D CAD design using Creo/Pro-E & 2D CAD design Product Data management of BOMs, routings etc. Assist Energys global engineering teams with New Product Developments across a range of projects and executing on cost optimization/reduction (VA/VE) opportunities for the business Reverse Engineering competitor products Operating 3D scanning & 3D printing equipment
