Job description:

Actively participates in rating activities and committees, on assigned credits within a portfolio, including assisting in the surveillance of ratings, and demonstrates strong proficiency with Excel, financial models, financial data, and financial statement analysis • Works effectively primarily with local markets and jurisdictions in a team-oriented, multi-cultural and environment • Listens for and identifies new opportunities and involves the appropriate level of management • Participates in committee as a voting member in adherence to policies, after one year, by assembling data and preparing written and oral presentations to the ratings committee • May Participate in committee as an observer / presenter in adherence to policies • Supports analyst in preparation and assembling of data for presentation to rating committee • Possesses an understanding of financial markets and business environment and the relationship to S&P products • Makes recommendations to the rating committee and prepares material for ratings publication • Supports analyst in preparing material for ratings publication • Listens for and identifies new opportunities and involves the appropriate level of managemen
