Job description:

This Position will be responsible for the HR relationship for the ETEC functions such as GITI. It's close to 700+ employees currently. Serves as primary contact for functional Heads of Department (HODs) and their leadership teams on HR policies, procedures, and strategy. Works with functional HODs to ensure on-going alignment between Unit HR strategy and the strategy of the respective functions (includes participation in and implementation of the same). Accountable for Business Partnering, Staffing (PAQ, Interviewing etc.), Talent Management and Engagement while ensuring all Unit HR KPI's with business are met. Works with the Regional HR teams (Staffing, Learning & Development, and Comp & Benefits) to make sure the regional teams understand the business need and holds the regional HR teams accountable for meeting their SLAs with Unit HR. Responsible for and coaches' managers on the implementation of unit-level, regional, and enterprise HR processes in their designated functions. Utilizes HR tools such as SAP to collect data used to respond to requests for information by the functional heads.
