Job description:

Guiding the Pre-sales Executives, Tech Support Executives, Call Center Executives, Production (In-house / Supplier ) Executives and Select Customers on technical expertise on Surveillance products (CCTV Cameras / Recorders / Switches / Cables & Connectors / Displays / Applications)  Identification, evaluation and leading VE / VA Projects continually which can leads to significant Material Cost Productivity & Product Quality improvement  Liaising with Tech partners and End Customers to develop TVS-E Specific Products with either new features or customized features or New Products  Liaising with end customers / sales partners on Technical / Quality queries / issues and complete within stipulated time by managing either internal resources or tech partners / suppliers
