Job description:

Systems Analyst (Intermediate – B2) The Systems Analyst is responsible for analysis, design, configuring, coding, testing, implementation and support of Flexera FlexNet application and its environment. Responsibilities: • Deliver on assigned operational and project deliverables (on time, on budget, within project scope and clients' needs and expectations) • Continue to understand business requirements and expectations. • Configure and maintain the Flexera Management Suite of applications (Covering both FlexNet Manager Suite (FNMS) and FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications (FNMEA)) including Inventory Beacon setup, data mapping and configure business adapters • Accountable for the quality of application design, program design, coding, configuration and testing for the implementation • Provide timely status reporting to Project Manager or Team Lead • Identify operational/project issues and escalates as needed • Provide recommendations to Project Manager/Team Lead and project sponsor • Communicate with project team and clients as required • Maintain current understanding of the business environment, trends and potential impact to operation and project deliverable approaches • Provide support for applications and troubleshoot issues with the Flexera applications (FNMS and FNMEA) • Maintain familiarity with IT industry trends and directions for software licensing knowledge
