Job description:

• Experience of Managed File Transfer products administration (Sterling B2B integrator, Sterling File Gateway, etc.) on Unix platform. • Hands on experience on Sterling File Gateway for partner onboarding for variety of transmissions protocols (sFTP, C:D, AS2, FTPS, HTTPS etc.). • *** Profiles very heavy on EDI Mapping should not be considered. *** • Knowledge of Connect: Direct administration on Unix/Windows would be an added advantage. • Knowledge of cryptography including SSH/TLS/GPG key generation and implementation. • Linux/Windows script creation and implementation. • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills. • The ability to manage self-workload, set and meet customer expectations. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Willing to work in 24*7 Production Support model .
