Job description:

Review functional design document to provide meaningful and timely inputs • Study technical documents and use them as an input for creating testing strategies/plans • Create comprehensive Test Plans, describing the testing scope, strategy, techniques, approach and test data that you will use to test new features • Perform walk through of completed Test Plans with the entire sub-team • Create test cases, also perform test case execution for feature under test using Test Management Tool • Report defects for issues found under testing and manage the defect through its life cycle • Create relevant test execution reports and bug reports and use them to convey current state of feature under test • Collaboratively work with the design and development team members to resolve identified issues/bugs in timely manner
