Job description:

Key Responsibilities: • The incumbent is responsible for developing and implementing an enterprise learning strategy that supports the company's cultural transformation and drives business objectives. • Develop framework for assessing and continuously improving employee development and engagement. • Identify and prioritize organization level training needs and programs in line with organization's strategy and vision. Analyse training needs in conjunction with line managers to facilitate creation of Organization level plan and integrated Individual Development Plans (IDPs). • Develop and oversee the delivery of learning solutions that build individual and organizational capability and drive engagement to enable a talent-rich and high-performance learning organization. • Drive leadership development programs – conceptualize and execute programs (deliver across levels as applicable) • Research and apply learning-theory models, benchmark best practices and trends, and maintains knowledge of cutting-edge design approaches to deliver sustainable learning solutions that drive impact. • Lead early talent programs and ensure alignment to business priorities. • Oversee the effective delivery of all learning and development programs and ensure training content is always up-to-date and relevant. • Prepare Learning & Development budget, training calendar, identify / develop internal and external faculty to build talent capability. • Analyse training feedback and oversee the monthly dashboard - implement process improvement plans. Use data-driven tools to measure the effectiveness of programs and adjust as needed. • Responsible for the branding, marketing, and communication plan for all learning offerings. • Leverage the Learning Management System and other learning platforms as a vehicle to provide targeted learning paths based on identified need. • Foster relationships and develop a team of L&D professionals. • Collaborate on special projects with CHRO on organizational development. • Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety. • Ensure environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures are imparted via training and adhered within the team
