Job description:

Purpose of this job: The primary responsibility of this jobholder is to ideate, design and develop training content and enhance the learning experience of training participants. The jobholder will create effective training products, training courses and associated learning materials based on the client requirements and is expected to have good knowledge of training/learning design and training related technology. Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties: i.Minimum 3 years and maximum 6 years’ experience in ideating, designing and developing training content ii.Prior experience in customizing existing training content based on the training needs/client requirements iii.Prior experience in designing and creating storyboards, on-screen-texts, audio scripts, video tutorials, etc for use in training programs/e-Learning modules iv.Perform content chunking and sequencing for training/learning modules v.Prior exposure and experience in handling LMS platforms vi.Prior experience in creating new methods of creating engaging training content such as case studies, poll questions, etc vii.Exposure to Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate is desirable, but not a pre-requisite viii.Outstanding Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel and good knowledge of the digital learning technologies.
