Job description:

•    Responsible for overseeing and supervising C2E Hiring, building strategy, overseeing and driving departmental activities, townhalls & hiring events by coordinating with all stakeholders, platform leads, procurement teams and Vendors.
•    Work with Domain Heads and Strategy & Business Operations team to rationalize C2E business management goals & objectives.
•    Preparing Hiring Metrics; collaborate with Platform Managers to track and report all key performance indicators.
•    Maintain relationships with Platform Leads / Partners & Vendors.
•    Should be very good in preparing reports and presenting to Senior Management.
•    He should gather internal and external data and prepare the dashboards.
•    Good knowledge on Financial Budgeting, should be able to negotiate with vendors and do it on optimize way without compromising on Quality.
•    Support Finance Management in the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process for costs of Technology.
