5 + years experience of supporting Enterprise IT Voice workloads
* Experience supporting/administering and implementing VOIP technologies
* Working knowledge of WAN topologies.
* Experience with VoIP applications.
* Cisco Collab experience
* UCCE experience preferred
* Multivendor call recording platform experience.
* SIP configuration including CUBE/ISR
Work in a 24*7 environment and on shift basis.
