Job description:

This position will be part of Aftermarket backend operations and majority interactions with cross functional internal customers. Candidate will support SAP processing of quotes, Service maintenance order, contracts etc. Will be responsible for data analysis WRT various aftermarket KPIs and preparing reports/ presentations/ excel templates based on SAP data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing bid approvals, quote/ proposal (SAP & excel based) and booking PO/ contract in SAP in line with financial attributes and ServiceMax (sales force module) requirements. All related work of Sales force administrator.
  • Order verification WRT commercial proposal and releasing formal order acknowledgment letters to customers.
  • Data analysis and dashboard based excel reporting of various aftermarket KPIs based on multiple parameters such as Strat plan, opportunity pipeline and forecast, on time renewal, warranty to AMC conversion, attach rate, MIS reporting etc. on weekly and monthly basis. Maintain related documents and records.
  • To ensure proper coordination between internal and external stakeholders and timely response & closure of the open action item.
  • To ensure the Smiths Code of Corporate Responsibility and Business Ethics is upheld in all activities.

 

The Individual:

  • Possesses minimum of 3-5 years commercial experience directly involved in aftermarket service activities. Prior experience working in SAP environment and data analysis & presentation.
  • Should possess good communications skills and have a strong orientation for customer focus and teamwork.  Must be responsive to all internal and external issues with a solution oriented attitude.
  • Graduate with a College Degree; preferably with a technical background.
