Emotions and Finances: How to Rewire the Connection

Even centuries after the human evolution, consistent reinforcement of behaviour patterns, decades of familial conditioning have created ingrained attitudes towards women and money issues. Despite women known for their supremely finance management skills at their homes, their relationship with money often end up being in a confused state. Economic decisions are not just rational, but emotional as well. How can women master the biases regarding their financial behaviour?

Mindful cultivation of Resilience

Research has established that mindfulness breeds resilience. While women are known for their emotional strength, they also are the ones who tend to shoulder the maximum mental load as they create a well-integrated work and life. The purpose of this workshop will enable participants to develop mindfullness as a habit and form strategies to reduce stress, increase performance, and to be able to create a clear action plan for achieving both personal and professional goals.

Once women enter the workforce and climb the ladder in executive leadership, it can be a responsibility to be accessible for other women and help them permeate the leadership realm. It’s also important to know there is not just one seat at the table for one woman – there are multiple seats at the table. How can we find the right sponsors and mentors to support women on this journey and speak up? What does it mean to continue to have other women’s backs as they make their way into senior roles?
