Job description:

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

Senior Analyst Total Rewards will be responsible for administering end to end activities in R&R disbursement through the recognition platform, managing all the reward & benefits vendor payment, manage time & attendance administration, liaising with the global procurement team for purchase orders and prepare and maintain MIS.

The geographic scope for this position covers India – GCC, GAC & Tech

KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Responsible for timely updation of Time & Attendance request from employees in Kronos/Workday
  • Process all rewards & benefits vendors’ payments within the timelines.
  • Collate new hires and termination records form latest headcount report.
  • Timely updation of MIS in the recognition platform – Budget owners’ alignment. Quarterly budget allocation.
  • Partner with global procurement team to process vendor payments.
  • Regular benefits related employee query resolution.
  • Follow up on medical insurance related queries with the insurance provider.
  • Maintaining the administration of People Cycle – Merit cycle, bonus payout etc.
  • Providing support for payroll administration.

BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT:

  • The position holder is located within the Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bengaluru-India with daily interactions with stakeholder within ABI across multiple countries and with vendors at multiple off-shore locations.
  • The position holder is expected to work in a quick changing environment with the ability to manage high workload periodically and oversee the end-to-end process
  • Key dimensions include KPI’s, Targets, Stakeholder satisfaction.
  • The position holder is expected to work with multiple teams within PBS and in GCC

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

  • Level of educational attainment required: Master’s degree in human resource management or equivalent.

 

  • Previous work experience required
    • 3+ years (preferably) of total rewards MIS reporting in a multi-national / multi-cultural / multi-time zone environment
    • Hands-on experience in maintaining and updating reports
    • Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and good judgment.
    • Excellent proficiency in MS-Excel, MS word, MS PowerPoint.
    • Knowledge of PowerBI preferred.
    • Good analytical / problem-solving skills
  • Language skills required
    • English (Fluent)
