PURPOSE OF ROLE
This role will work in the Learning Technology function in any or all of the following areas based on business need:
KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Establish processes and procedures to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the service offering, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and parity with industrial best practices.
Complete assigned tasks ensuring process/schedule adherence, and provide timely and accurate updates to People Services partners and Senior Leaders.
Develop and maintain productive working relationships with internal/external stakeholders and/or providers of learning solutions, establishing credibility as a partner to the business.
Utilize internal forums to share best practices, deliver efficiencies, and ensure sustainability of service through upskilling and cross-skilling.
