Job description:

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

  • 7+ years of related reporting experience preferably in Human Capital Analytics or employee related research
  • Partner on projects related to People Analytics/Future of Work and help shape the new HR reporting framework
  • Develop, Implement & Maintain minor and major enhancements to Workday/Power BI & standard Business reports that are part of the monthly performance cycle
  • Manage stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver Workday custom reports (Advanced, Matrix, Dashboards), BIRT and Docgen reporting.
  • People Function Expertise (People Reporting Dashboards)
  • Develop a high level of expertise in the Human Resource domain to assist business users with ad hoc reporting requests and setting up self-service frameworks
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure data is complete and of high quality
  • Manage prioritization and drive projects through Agile framework

KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Manage and coordinate end to end Workday reporting for the Tech Business Insights Platform
  • Act as a product owner and recommend improvements to the custom/standard Workday reports
  • Assist Business users in implementing ad hoc report requests or setting up templates for self service
  • Drive NPS survey among the stakeholders
  • Should be able to provide regular updates to stake holders on progress of each activity and deliverables
  • Should be able to deliver Workday report and solve business requirements independently
  • Responsible to preserve and maintain knowledge through SOPs’ and Technical Design document.
  • Should be able to perform multiple role and drive multiple projects at the same time.
  • Be available to provide support to his/her Team colleagues if requested by management, in order to ensure business continuity during heavy workload periods
  • Setting up and ensuring back model is built among the team.
  • Proxy as Team leader in his/her absence and drive the team into smooth deliverable.
  • Always keen on improvising and automating the process.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

Level of educational attainment required:

Bachelors or Masters

Computer Science or Engineering

Previous work experience required:

Must have 6-8 years’ experience on Workday report writing & Implementation (end to end). Should have worked in HR domain to transform the dashboards

Must have experience into Client Communication and Requirement gathering.

Must be comfortable working as Individual Contributor and also as Team lead in delivering the business requirement.

Good organization and prioritisation skills to facilitate working across multiple projects, geographies and time-zones

Should be strong in creating Custom reports, efficient calculated fields, assess relationship between multiple business objects, anticipate and resolve security issues, performance optimization.

Strong in BIRT and Docgen reporting.

Experience with SQL for data extraction & manipulation

Experience with Power BI dashboard development

Should have experience working through Agile framework

Experience in Object & Data level security – Section access

Excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail

Experience in CPG company strongly preferred

Professional qualifications and accreditations/memberships required:

 Workday, BIRT, Docgen, SQL, Power Bi; Certification preferred

Language skills required:

English (Fluent)
