Job description:

Qualifications and Experience: 

• 8+ years’ of diversified experience as an Salesforce functional analyst.
• Must have extensive experience on Salesforce.com implementation cycle in Sales, Marketing, Service and support modules.
• Must have Knowledge in Salesforce.com , Force.com Apex Classes, Apex triggers, Integration, Visual force, Force.com API, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Must have Strong knowledge & experience working in teams implementing Agile Methodologies.
• Must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills, accustomed to working in both large and small team environments.
• Have hands-on experience in solving production issues raised by business
• Strong systems thinking and problem-solving capability
• Self-motivated and outcome oriented
• Capability to build strong rapport with customer groups
• Experience in collaborating with team members to drive results
• Ability to facilitate and drive decisions and clarification
• Ability to work independently with short deadlines
• Experience in the high-tech industry (preferred)

Education:

• BE/B.Tech/BS/B.B.A or any equivalent degree/graduation in Information Systems and Business.
