Job description:

The Role

Own the technology and direct the development team in the coding, testing, and debugging of SaaS products in the best interest of our customers.

Desired Candidate Profile 

• Work closely with the product owner and perform requirement analysis and effort estimation.
• Lead a small group of developers, driving actions and ensuring outcomes.
• Plan and manage sprints. Report velocity and other relevant metrics
• Guide developers and manage their performance in line with business objectives.
• Perform code reviews to ensure the quality of the source code and optimize as required
• Collaborate proactively with quality analysts, business analysts, and other stakeholders

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• 5+ years of experience in software development (any technology) and at least two years in Python Django/FastAPI.
• Hands own with numerical packages, charting tools, and AngularJS
• Exposure to AWS would be a plus.
