Job description:


  1. HR : Responsibilities as HR are part time activities. The role involves supporting the management for Hiring / Interviews, Enhance team building spirit among the team, employee retention, data compliance, collaborate with all team members for smooth operations.
  2. Operations Management is full time job.
    1. Candidate shall be capable of Developing monthly, quarterly and annual plan Operations
    2. Operate as per guidelines provided by parent organisations
    3. Plan for expansion - Plan to enhance number of clients (sector specific companies)
    4. Fulfill the requirements of the clients onboard with Sanshodhan, for their waste management / other services from Sanshodhan.
    5. Keep track of all necessary documentation for the company
    6. Coordinate with different departments to maintain the documentation work (lFor eg. Legal, finance etc)
    7. Develop/ update Operations manual, time to time/ as & when required for any processes.
    8. Enhance  revenue of the organization (Eg. Develop proposals/ Fill tenders/ Apply for funding etc). Implement targets as defined by the organization / Prepare operational targets in consultation with top management, and implement the same.
    9. Coordinate with external organisations, to fulfil the organizational/ operational requirements, as and when required
    10. Enable the sound management of Sanshodhan’s offices.
    11. Responsibilities are listed but not limited to. Candidate should be open to collaborate and work across teams.
