Within CORE IT team, to be a SAP CRM & Business Analyst in charge of SAP CRM domain area of CMA CGM group.
1) Participate actively to Business Requirement workshops Design with the Business representative and the BRM (Business Relationship Manager) in charge of the Sales & Marketing domain area
2) Once Business Requirements clarified, share the content with the integrator in charge to deliver the functionality
3) To be the functional support person answering to the integrator during all the lifecycle of the change building
4) Prepare & execute Test scenarios once the functionality has been delivered by the integrator
5) Ensure the functionality built is compliant with Business Requirement expressed initially
6) Be the Support key person for UAT preparation & execution
7) Follows up the functionality building thru Configuration Management tools
At least 5 years experience with SAP CRM in an international context
Proven Experience in Territory Management:
- Defining territory rules
- Realigning territories based on predefined rules
- Understanding of Business Rule Framework
- Experience in running PROC_REL, TERRMAN and dependent jobs
Proven experience of CRM integration with ECC (RFC, tRFC, Idoc), BI ( Extractors ) and other non-SAP systems ( Idoc )
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with document, product, account and HR replication
Familiarity with BI/BW Extractors; Enhancement of generic and custom CRM data sources for BI and extractor checker functionality
Deep experience in SAP C RM configuration
Experience with SAP Mobile Apps using FIORI Framework & OData
Solid experience in Functional design
Solid experience in Testing Methodology
Capable to coordinate & prepare & execute integration tests between several Applications & technologies
