The Role Responsibilities
• Ensures that plans established for SF projects are maintained / tracked to ensure the programme is managed in a manner that maximises probability of delivery of the project objectives.
• Supports the successful delivery of projects through effective facilitation, tracking and reporting.
• Co-ordinates and administers the support that is required for the various forums that are required at the Project Level (PSC, CCB, PWG)
Strategy
• Maintains the HR SF Project Management Plan (PMP)
• Ensures that the minimum artefacts required by the project are collated and maintained in a common document repository
• Maintains status of the Project in Clarity for efficient reporting of the PSC status report from Clarity.
• Co-ordinates the various change requests, Red packs, Closure Reports being raised by PM/Workstream and consolidates them for presentation to
• PSC
Business
• Administers the submission, review and approval process for investment requests submitted to the PSC. Takes meeting notes for the PSC
• Works closely with the PM for development of Project PED, plans and benefit documents.
• Work with the Project manager and Programme Finance teams to effectively manage the financials for the project.
Processes
• Manages and tracks all the documentation requirements as per SCB ePMO/SDF requirements. Ensures the documents have proper signof and loaded at appropriate folders in SP, PDR.
• Prepares and circulates the monthly PSC packs
• Develops the programme resourcing plan and ensures this is refreshed on a monthly basis.
• Coordinates, escalates and reports on Project key risks and issues, tracks and follows up with responsible parties to update and close them out
• Reviews Workstream / Project status reports and RAG status
People and Talent
• Helps prepare Project CR, Red packs, Closure Reports for submission to Programme Steering Committee (PgSC)
• Collates and develops templates required by the project and cascades them to all Workstream Leads and Project Managers
• Ensures baselined milestones for delivery of the project objectives are tracked to completion. Ensures any revision or new changes to the baselined plan is managed via the Change Review Board
Regulatory & Business Conduct
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
Key Stakeholders
• HR Service Delivery Design Lead, Transformation Office Lead, Programme Manager, Product Owner, Vendor and the rest of the HR Service Delivery Modernisation team
• HR for HR, Country Heads of HR, HRBPs, CoE Leads, HR COO team
• Internal communications team, Corporate Communications team, Subject Matter Expert employees
• Key Functional Partners:  ITO, Finance, Compliance, Legal and Risk
