Job description:

Perform the IT Project Management responsibilities for various IT Projects  for CMA CGM SSCI and Group.
Develop, manage and execute project plans in collaboration with various It and business teams for successful delivery of Projects
Lead various projects prioritised by management to achieve project requirements, deadlines and schedules.
Lead the Quality Team and reinforce quality framework CMMI and ISO .
Take lead in coordinating the Continuous Improvement Framework in GBS IT
Prepare various IT Governance deck and mentor the team to implement and effective data collation model for governance meetings.
Develop and implement an effective capacity planning model for the tracking the IT resources and Budget .
Identify and resolve project issues
Collaborate with various teams and stakeholder facilitate adequate communication and reporting for successful execution of the projects
Partner with global Project manager by providing the complete visibility of the progress of tasks in scope of GBS IT
Implement best practices of IT Project Management
Lead team in meeting client expectations and project deliverables
Prepare and publish Project status reports on regular basis to the stakeholders and management

15+ years of IT  experience  with at least 5 years of IT PMO , Quality Project Management experience
Lead IT Projects in global matrix team scenarious
Experience with Projects on system Implementation , integration, improvement and Support.
Ability to work with globally located, culturally diverse teams
Strong English language skills
Exposure of having worked in a IT role in a multinational organisation preferably in Shipping domain
Skills and Attributes;
Good understanding of Software development life cycle.
Commercially astute with a high level of analytical skills and focused on adding value
Great at building strong, effective working relationships and stakeholder management
