Job description:

We are looking for 5+ years of experienced developer

Responsibilites

• Work with Stakeholders across Marketing, Email, work on strategy and implementation of cross-channel campaigns with little to no guidance.
• Self-starter, ability to do POCs and provide recommendations for system design and architecture
• Develop best practices for implementations and work with onshore-offshore team and code reviews.
• Able to communicate technical requirements in non-tech fashion
• Advise on technology, mentor junior dev's.
• Lead the offshore team, work closely with other leads and resources, and provide specs to developers.
• Make recommendations for enhancements and modifications to improve system performance, efficiency, internal business process, and reporting.
• Define "software as a service" solution and integrate to existing systems, manage business adoption and deployment
• Ramp up team members on new technologies and unblock on any resources, code reviews, monitor team health and be able to communicate pro-actively.
• Have strong ability to think strategically, communicate clearly in both verbal and written form, and are an eager self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced working environment.
