   1. Review the possibility of hiring diversity talent across divisions by a thorough review of roles & requirements, external market availability and potential recommendations on attracting and hiring women talent

 

1. Engagement data review
   1. Review external/internal feedback from surveys and studies that we have participated in and provide insights and recommendations for enhanced colleague engagement, improved policies and processes
