Contingent Worker Streamlining
Review the country Contingent worker methodology, analyze and build a framework of hiring, data maintenance, periodicity review, reporting and termination.
Create an automated system for above
Diversity Hiring
Review the possibility of hiring diversity talent across divisions by a thorough review of roles & requirements, external market availability and potential recommendations on attracting and hiring women talent
Engagement data review
Review external/internal feedback from surveys and studies that we have participated in and provide insights and recommendations for enhanced colleague engagement, improved policies and processes
