Job description:

Responsibilities

 

We are looking for a competent Event manager to oversee and organize events that will make an impact to a target audience. Ensure events are successful and cost-effective, paying attention to budget and time constraints

 

• Delivering high quality events to ensure member retention through experience
• Ideation, curation and execution of bespoke events with an outlook towards the B2B part of the business
• Collaborating with third-party vendors to develop exciting event experiences(offline/online).
• Work with internal business stakeholders to coordinate participation in external conferences, events etc., Speaker management (external or internal)
• Sponsorship management: overseeing deliverable commitment.
• Post event reporting and analysis of event activities and ROI
• Planning and facilitating logistics for all events, including contract negotiations, guest lists, venue preparation, presentation materials, security, entertainment, transportation, equipment, decor, and marketing materials
