> Plan, create, monitor, and analyze project schedules.
>Ensure projects establish credible schedules appropriate for best practices based on scope, complexity, project development, and execution, including critical path evaluations, baselining, float and contingency analysis, resources loading, productivity, progress tracking, deviations and corrective actions, evaluation of schedule basis completeness, and connectivity to contractor or turnaround (TA) plans or schedules.
>Monitor projects’ progress, including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts and progress achieved to date
