"GlowRoad is a social commerce platform that allows sellers to sell their products to end customers via resellers in over 20,000 pin codes across 2,000 locations. Resellers, who are often housewives, temporary workers, or students, help the company target Tier II and III markets. GlowRoad has been recently acquired by Amazon. We target to grow 50x in next 3 years. This is an unique opportunity to build for Bharat and be part of the rocketship."
Functional Area: Catalogue management, product upload & selection audit.
Key job responsibilities
• Product listing and audit for selection uploads across multiple categories
• Interacting and coordinating with vendors and category team to help ensure smooth data flow for all required selection attributes for the category
• Participating in the identification and correction of catalog errors and investigating catalog related complaints
• Achieving catalog audit targets and creating reports regarding task assigned on daily basis
• Achieving new product upload targets
• Training and mentoring other associates                        
Basic qualifications
• Graduation in any stream with 1 to 3 years of work experience in catalog uploading and selection audit role
Preferred qualifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Office. Proficient in excel.
• Preferably a domain expert in catalog with prior experience in e-commerce catalog team
• Experience working in fashion, home, kitchen, accessories categories catalog
• Good knowledge of photo editing
• Typing skill of 40 wpm with 100% accuracy
