• Job Title: Sr. GCP Services Engineer

  Serve as Sr. GCP Cloud Services Engineer in support of Multi-Cloud vision - "Expanding Our Real Estate". Transform cloud hosting strategy into technical reality through the build and support of hybrid and managed public cloud landscapes.

  About the Job:

  As a GCP Services Engineer, you will provide End End support (Design, Development, Testing, Release, and Support) for Google Cloud Platform products and solutions including, Google Cloud Storage, Google Compute Engine, Managed Instance Groups, Cloud Tasks, and new services. The engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance and developer support as part of a 24x7 support organization to our customers using Google Cloud Platform products, solutions, and APIs.

   Responsibilities

  • Design high-performance and scalable IaC workflow automation and lifecycle management of these resources. Integrate with various lower stack layers for providing deeper functionality.

  • Serve as an escalation point for customer technical issues. Triage and escalate issues to Google Support as required

  •  Work closely with other DevOps engineers, product owners, and partner service teams to get high-quality services and features through the DevOps/Agile.

  • Manage project schedules, identify technical risks and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders.

  • Coach and mentor engineers to design and implement highly available and reliable services.
