Job description:

1. Contribute to development life cycle, requirements definition/analysis and feasibility analysis 
2. Provide input to technical design of new solutions applying latest software design techniques 
3. Decompose design into development plan tasks and provide accurate estimation of effort 
4. Own the specific parts of a solution from design and development through to test and implementation 
5. Ensure optimum performance and stability of the code developed and deployed 
6. Take ownership of issues through to delivery or issue resolution or escalation, as appropriate 
7. Code optimization, performance tuning, demonstrations to QA, BA teams, builds and deployments
8. Take initiatives to identify & implement Best Technical Practices on Software craftsmanship.
9. Participate in PDO Agile working practices like Daily standup, backlog grooming, sprint planning, demo's and retrospections.
10. Contribute to technical resolution of Incidents and continuously improve Operations Resilience as part of DevOps
