Role Summary
Functional Responsibility
- Lean and Agile program deployment
• Lead the Lean mindsets and tools adoption across entire business
• Support Agile techniques adoption for tech and non-tech projects
• Run transformation initiatives independently and in collaboration with leadership team
• Conduct trainings on Lean/Agile concepts for business and leadership teams
- Lean/Agile leadership and project support
• Serve as Lean/Agile lead and provide end-to-end execution support on time-sensitive strategic projects
• Guide prioritization of projects/initiatives applying quantitative value measurement techniques
• Engage with various team managers and senior managers to identify and implement problem-solving/continuous improvement opportunities
• Coach and provide hands-on support to teams on successful problem-solving and project management practices including A3, DMAIC, Agile, Scrum, Pareto, process/value-stream mapping, error-proofing
• Serve as an Agile coach for business
- Target-setting; value and metrics measurement
• Support leadership team in SMART goal and KPI/target-setting at business and individual-level
• Guide business value estimations for all projects/activities across business
• Scale up value-accelerating best-practices across teams
Essential Qualification
• Post-graduation degree or diploma
• Master Black Belt in Lean/Lean Six Sigma from a renowned institute
• Agile Certifications - Certified Scrum Master or Product Owner
Experience
• 6+ years’ practical experience in Lean Management training and deployment
• Hands-on experience in deploying Agile techniques across projects and teams
• Led complex projects end-to-end across departments/divisions in a medium-to-large (preferably Financial Services) organization
• Expertise at coaching teams on Lean, Agile and project management practices
Skills
• Strong oral and written communication
• High proactivity, accountability, and independence
• Adept at developing partnerships, modeling behaviors and developing team capabilities
• Strong customer focus to adapt to changing customer needs
• Knowledge of automation tools (Python/R) would be an added advantage
