Job description:
Role Summary
Functional Responsibility / Domain Related
Provide oversight, direction, analytical/value-added guidance to the employees in the operating unit in their day-to-day operations
Supervise the workflow and resources to effectively accomplish tasks/deliverables and ensure optimized utilization and productivity of team
Take complete responsibility for client delivery - quality, timeliness and completeness
Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency and output.
Establish and maintain relevant controls and feedback systems to monitor and ensure smooth running of the operations.
Ensure adherence to compliance policies and procedures of the organization
Client Management / Stakeholder Management
Develop cordial and trust based relationship with international clients and own team, and fully own the service delivery of client requests.
Work closely with clients/relevant stakeholders to understand their project requirements, design, develop and deliver intelligence and efficient solutions by utilizing the team
People Development
Manage a team of Analysts, Senior Analysts/Assistant Managers, Lead Analysts, technical resources such as Data Analyst, UI/UX, Salesforce
Manage teams situated in multiple locations
Assist in enhancing performance, engagement and skill development of the team
Coach, mentor and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and contributing in career development planning and performance reviews
Plan resource requirements and develop successor or back-up planning
Assist in managing the aspirations of team members and create an environment of continuous improvement
