Job description:

Role Summary

• Functional Responsibility / Domain Related

• Provide oversight, direction, analytical/value-added guidance to the employees in the operating unit in their day-to-day operations
• Supervise the workflow and resources to effectively accomplish tasks/deliverables and ensure optimized utilization and productivity of team
• Take complete responsibility for client delivery - quality, timeliness and completeness
• Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency and output.
• Establish and maintain relevant controls and feedback systems to monitor and ensure smooth running of the operations.
• Ensure adherence to compliance policies and procedures of the organization

 

• Client Management / Stakeholder Management

• Develop cordial and trust based relationship with international clients and own team, and fully own the service delivery of client requests.
• Work closely with clients/relevant stakeholders to understand their project requirements, design, develop and deliver intelligence and efficient solutions by utilizing the team

 

• People Development

• Manage a team of Analysts, Senior Analysts/Assistant Managers, Lead Analysts, technical resources such as Data Analyst, UI/UX, Salesforce
• Manage teams situated in multiple locations
• Assist in enhancing performance, engagement and skill development of the team
• Coach, mentor and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and contributing in career development planning and performance reviews
• Plan resource requirements and develop successor or back-up planning
• Assist in managing the aspirations of team members and create an environment of continuous improvement
