Job description:

Join our Gurugram Returner Program to re-integrate yourself into the financial services sector. This program runs for 6 to 12 months and gives you the opportunity to re-build the skills and confidence to return to work following a career break.

Over the course of the program, you will receive training, hands-on work experience, group coaching and mentoring to set you up for success as you reboot your career. This paid program will enable you to work on projects that match your expertise and interests and could lead to a full-time role with Macquarie.

The program offers training as well as one-on-one coaching to help you build skills for your future. After an in-depth induction and training, you will work closely with your team, mentor, and peers.

We currently have opportunities in our Technology, Finance and Risk teams. To be eligible for our Returner Program, you will need to have:

• had a voluntary career break of at least two years
• a professional qualification relevant to the role you are applying for
• previous work experience with the relevant skills or transferable skills for the team
• strong adherence to timelines and attention to detail
• excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
