About your team

The HRIS function provides systems support and configuration services to the Fidelity International business, globally, which include the development and operational management of business applications that underpin our service functions. The broader organisation incorporates Infrastructure services that the firm relies on to operate on a day to day basis including data centre, networks, proximity services, security, voice, incident management and remediation. The HR systems team work collaboratively across various geographic locations to maintain and enhance in-house developed application and vendor provided products

 

About your role

An enthusiastic and self-motived individual is required to contribute to our Digital Adoption Strategy supporting WalkMe, with the opportunity to expand across additional systems as required. The initial purpose of the role will be supporting the WalkMe lead in building new solutions, analysing data and support tickets to reduce pain points, implementing new features to drive continuous improvements, and raising awareness through promotion of the WalkMe platform across the business. The role involves collaboration across Information System such as Workday and HR Hub(intranet) as well as wider business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

- Monitor, assign or action support tickets

- Design, build and deliver new WalkMe solutions

- Review and improve current WalkMe solutions

- Contribute to our Digital Adoption Strategy by keeping informed of new WalkMe features, attend webinars and training

- Support the WalkMe lead with project work and continuous improvements

- Analyse user data to measure engagement and promote usage

- Collaborative working with the business to identify process improvements

- Analysis of support ticket data to identify continuous improvement opportunities

- Promotion of WalkMe within CPO Tech and HR Community

- Assist with the internal marketing of newly implemented WalkMe solutions

- Review, maintain and create articles within the Intranet (HR Hub)

- Willingness to expand across additional systems/adoption solutions as required

 

About you

You will need to be enthusiastic and self-motivated with experience in project management, data analytics and strong organisational skills. You will have a drive for continuous improvement with customer experience at the forefront of what you do. We would love you to challenge current processes and promote solutions as well as have an interest in automation tools and processes. You will feel comfortable collaborating with many different stakeholders as well as working autonomously.
