Role : M365 Sr Support Engineer (O365/Intune)

Experience : 8+

Location : Pune/Bangalore/Chennai

Job Description:

M365 Sr Engineer with good experience around Exchange Online, Exchange 2013 or 2016 server, MS SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and MS Intune. Individual should be passionate about technology, multi skilled and willing to work in a 24 X 7 support model under stringent SLAs.

Years of experience needed 

• At least 4-8 years of work experience in supporting O365 & Exchange infrastructure.
• At least 2 years of work experience in supporting MS Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive & Intune mobile device management.
• Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college

Technical / Non-Technical Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting and administration skills in various versions of Exchange On-prem and Exchange Online .
• Strong troubleshooting and administration skills in MS SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Strong troubleshooting and administration skills in MS Intune.
• Strong skills in service outage management and end user support experience.
• Sound knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
• Understand Networking and Windows OS concepts and PowerShell scripting.
• Excellent Analysis and Documentation skills.
• Incident and Problem Management Skills.
• Sound ITIL knowledge.

Certifications Preferred:
