Job description:

• Testing of all kind of HVAC products in respective labs per required standard ( Analysis of test data/test conditions/report generation/ release).   
• Follow the procedures and maintain documents as per NABL, AHRI, QCO etc
• Prepare test schedule of the laboratory in consultation with respective program manager/Engineer
• Managing daily lab schedule, Shift management, managing conflicts and prioritization.  
• Planning & arranging weekly lab resources requirement including technicians, material, utility etc.
• Monitor quality management system & quality procedure implementation in labs 
• Manage annual calibrations plan for key lab equipment
• Monitor TPM activities per annual plan   
• Lab break down management /work with lab vendors for quick resolution  
• Support executing key compliance and certification audits, record management  
• Prepare and release Lab MIS , track key lab efficiency metrics.
• Manage Lab productivity projects
• Follow & reinforce EH&S guidelines to lab staff
