Job description:

Data collation

  • Generating Reports/MIS for ATS, R&R, onboarding and Celebrating You, Club Mahindra
  • Preparing any other data, apart from above, that the team might need on ad hoc basis to analyse/use further.

Assist in managing fresher joining’s/inductions

  • Arranging for ELO and lateral joinees’ kits
  • Coordinating for stay and travel arrangements (PPO & ELO).

Assist in managing ELO engagement

  • Collating contact and other relevant details for engagement purpose.
  • Assist in timely delivery of gifts to ELOs, families and campus coordinators.

Assist in post-joining activities of ELOs( Entry level officers)

  • Maintaining relevant documents and handing over to businesses
  • Ensuring ELOs are mapped to relevant DLs and raising other needed SRs and seeing them through completion.
  • Ensuring timely processing of reimbursements if any.
  • Following up with Admin on chummery and other related issues.

Mailer/communication & letter preparation

  • Creating mailers/communication (first draft).
  • Drafting letters in the standardised templates.
  • Drafting Standard Operating Procedure guidelines (first draft).

Payments and Vendor Creation

  • Reconcile and follow up with vendor, SSC, or Accounts, as needed, for proper closure.


  • Ensuring timely launch of various assessments (CYCT, CRT and OPQ)
  • Sharing assessment scores and reports with the required stakeholders (CRT & OPQ).

Ensuring timely data collection and conducting external research (wherever required) for CHR Projects

  • Collecting and following up with TC, UHRs, BHR second-in-line for data or any other requirements.
  • Co-ordinating with project vendors as per the requirement(s).
  • Co-ordinating with internal and external stakeholders for insurance claims.
  • Co-ordinating Club Mahindra bookings.
  • Reconciling employee database for Celebrating You and DocOnline.

Organising and scheduling CHR meeting requirements (vendors, internal & external stakeholders and logistics)

Planning and scheduling CHR meetings (availability of attendees and blocking calendars) with relevant stakeholders w.r.t PoSH, DE&I, OD, Celebrating You and other CHR/OD initiatives.

Additional Requirements

Job type : Contractual basis– 6 to 9 months fixed


Knowledge of basic excel,moderate creative designing skills. Moderate to good interpersonal and communication skills.,
