Key Deliverables
- Handle production and quality adherence in a shift in a third party manufacturing unit
- Execute production plan, coordinate for RM & PM availability
- Execution of Quality systems like ISO 9001, HACCP, 5S, SGA etc.
- Reduction of plant downtime by executing timely manpower planning, spares availability and preventive maintenance
- Review and improve plant performance in terms of productivity, cost and quality
- Ensure adherence to all statutory compliance
Knowledge
- HACCP/ISO 9001, 5S, SGA and SPC techniques
- Contemporary manufacturing process and technologies in Food Industry
- Concepts of productivity, OEE, workflow, line balancing etc.
- Knowledge of SAP or similar SAP systems

Experience and Educational qualification
- BE/B Tech with 3 to 6 years of experience in managing shop floor environment in a manufacturing setup
- Preference for candidates from packaged food manufacturing industry
