If you are a Senior/Lead ServiceNow Developer with a passion for creating innovative solutions, improving IT service management processes, and enhancing user experiences, this role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to our ongoing ServiceNow initiatives. We require experienced Engineers who can contribute to critical application and product development projects. Responsibilities:

• Expertise in writing JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting and problem-solving skills
• Experience in coding, object-oriented and modularized software
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform, including modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Asset Management, and CMDB.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts) and custom application development.
• Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows, forms, notifications, and reports.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and integrate RESTful APIs, web services, and SOAP-based integrations with ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow security and access controls.

Requirements:

• More than 6 years of exp. in application development on ServiceNow platform
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physical Sciences, or a related technical field ; or equivalent related professional experience.
• Demonstrated success completing complex projects, on time
• Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quickly
• Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
• Proven team player and team builder
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
