As a ServiceNow Tester, you will apply your knowledge of ServiceNow to test and automate custom workflows and procedures for various internal groups at Verizon to deliver enterprise-wide business processes. You will use your expertise to solve complex problems and find unique solutions.
Expertise writing Test Cases in Servicenow test management.
Expertise in Test automation through ATF , Tosco and knowledge on performance testing using Jmeter.
Testing ServiceNow applications, workflows and services across Servicenow platform and portal.
Execute Benchmark, load, stress, endurance and other non-functional tests. Monitor application logs to determine system behavior. Address all technical issues; facilitate the resolution and necessary follow up with Development and other cross-functional departments.
Analyzing business scenarios & Understanding the non-functional requirements
Designing the test scripts & Identifying parameter for testing
Executing performance tests using consistent metrics for monitoring
Document detailed results and receive appropriate signoff. Prepare detailed status reports, and monitoring of all defects and issues.

You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Two or more years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge of Agile Methodology, Test Management 2.0
Experience in managing automation test projects in large global enterprise ServiceNow instances which includes releases in Tokyo or Utah or later.
Experience in testing of two or more of the following modules: Incident, Change, Problem, Major Incident Management, Major Problem, Asset/CMDB, GRC, ITOM.
