Job description:

As a ServiceNow Tester, you will apply your knowledge of ServiceNow to  test and automate custom workflows and procedures for various internal groups at Verizon to deliver enterprise-wide business processes. You will use your expertise to solve complex problems and find unique solutions.

• Expertise writing Test Cases in Servicenow test management.

• Expertise in Test automation through ATF , Tosco and knowledge on performance testing using Jmeter.

• Testing ServiceNow applications, workflows and services across Servicenow platform and portal.

• Execute Benchmark, load, stress, endurance and other non-functional tests. Monitor application logs to determine system behavior. Address all technical issues; facilitate the resolution and necessary follow up with Development and other cross-functional departments.

• Analyzing business scenarios & Understanding the non-functional requirements

• Designing the test scripts & Identifying parameter for testing

• Executing performance tests using consistent metrics for monitoring

• Document detailed results and receive appropriate signoff. Prepare detailed status reports, and monitoring of all defects and issues.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

• Two or more years of relevant work experience.

• Knowledge of Agile Methodology, Test Management 2.0

• Experience in managing automation test projects in large global enterprise ServiceNow instances which includes releases in Tokyo or Utah or later.

• Experience in testing of two or more of the following modules: Incident, Change, Problem, Major Incident Management, Major Problem, Asset/CMDB, GRC, ITOM.
